Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 cup celery, chopped
2 small carrots, julienned
1/2 cup onion, chopped
8 cups beef broth
1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 cup Prince® Tubettini
1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1 can (15 oz.) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
2 Tbsps grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.  In heavy 6 quart saucepan over medium heat, brown meat; drain.

2.  Stir in celery, carrots and onion; cook 10 minutes or until tender.

3.  Add broth and seasonings; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 30 minutes.

4.  Stir in pasta and spinach; cook 10 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.

5.  Stir in chickpeas and cheese.
