2 Tbsps butter
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 lb fresh shrimp, cleaned and deveined
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsps finely chopped parsley
1 Tbsp lemon juice
6 oz Prince® Vermicelli

Cooking Directions:

1.  In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil;  add garlic.  Cook 1 minute; do not brown garlic.

2.  Add shrimp;  cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently, or until shrimp turn pink on both sides.  Sprinkle with salt; stir in parsley and lemon juice.

3.  Reduce heat to low.

4.  Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

5.  Toss cooked pasta with shrimp mixture.  Serve immediately.
