16 oz Prince® Vermicelli
3 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/4 lb Mozzarella cheese, cubed
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
2 each garlic cloves, minced
  salt and ground black pepper, to taste
  grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions:

1.  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. 

2.  Meanwhile, on large serving platter or bowl, stir together remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese.

3.  Add hot cooked pasta to serving platter; toss with basil mixture until thoroughly combined. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; serve immediately.
