Ingredients:

  heavy cream
  chanterelle or oyster mushrooms; clean and coarsely chopped
  Noodles
  salt and freshly ground black pepper
  onion
  butter
  flour
  Parmesan cheese

Cooking Directions:

1. Boil pasta in salted water.

2. Fry the onions until translucent and add mushrooms in afterwards cook until mushrooms have shrunk.

3. Add in flour and heavy cream to make a thick roux add pepper and pasta and mix to combine.
