Ingredients:

8 oz Rotini
2 each garlic cloves
3 large carrots, peeled & chopped
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 each salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Cooking Directions:

Roast carrots and garlic at 425°F with olive oil, 20 min.
Cook pasta per directions on box, set aside.
Blend carrots/garlic with milk, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Toss with hot rotini and serve extra cheese on top.
